About Us

Pennsylvania striped bass association

The PSBA’s primary purpose and the main reason the club was organized is to preserve and enjoy the landlocked stripers in the freshwater lakes of Pennsylvania. The club works to promote, protect and preserve the quality of landlocked striper angling in the fresh waters of Pennsylvania – and works to educate its members and the general public about all aspects of the fishery. The club conducts activities and social events that are deemed appropriate and desirable in order to promote unity and fellowship among the membership of the club and the general public, as well as the various federal and state agencies who are involved with the management of freshwater striper fisheries in PA. The club will also provide assistance to such agencies.

Join a club that’s dedicated to the striper fisheries of Pennsylvania Lakes. Proceeds from membership dues, tournaments, gun tickets, and various donations are put directly into stocking stripers in Raystown Lake. Our annual stocking program will help ensure that our children will have the opportunity to catch that fish of a lifetime.

Looking forward to seeing you and thank you for your support
